You may receive an email and/or postcard in the mail this week asking for your participation in our member satisfaction survey. About 1,500 SPEC members were randomly selected to take part in the survey, which can be completed online or by phone.

If you were selected to participate, we appreciate your honest feedback. This survey helps us learn how we are meeting your expectations and where there’s room for improvement. Plus, it’s short! The entire survey should take less than 5 minutes of your time.

Login detail for the survey can be found in the body of the email, or on the backside of your postcard. The survey will be available online until August 1. If you have not responded by August 1, you may receive a phone call to complete the survey.
