On Monday, January 13, a random selection of SPEC members will receive an email invitation to complete an online member satisfaction survey. If you are invited to participate, we would greatly appreciate you taking the time to provide your opinion.

As a member-owned electric utility, your feedback is extremely important to us. The results of these surveys help us learn where we're excelling and where we have room for improvement.

The survey is being conducted by the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), an independent market research company. Responses are anonymous and will be used for research purposes only.
